Getting multiple agents to collaborate and share information on your laptop is easy. But transfer those agents to distributed, serverless environments, and sharing context becomes a much harder challenge.
Earlier this week, I had the opportunity to speak on this topic at the "Beyond Skills" meetup hosted by Pipelex and Intercom at Intercom's SF HQ. The topic was Agent Drive: a live, durable filesystem that multiple sandboxes running in the cloud can mount simultaneously, so artifacts and data flow immediately between agents.

The event had about 50–60 attendees, most of whom were founders, designers, and product leaders. The event was very well organized, with a large LCD screen and a professional setup that made everything run smoothly. The other speakers were genuinely interesting, especially the live demos - in fact, one of the live demos was one of the best I've seen to date!
In my talk, I spoke about Blaxel and our vision for an agentic operating system. In particular, I focused on our upcoming Agent Drive feature, which lets agents and sandboxes share data and context using a highly efficient and reliable filesystem. The Q&A was fun - there were discussions about sandboxes, scaling, and context windows - and the conversations afterward were also great. It was awesome to see people looking up Blaxel on their phones during the event and wanting to learn more.
