Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to change my agent code?
Not much. Framework adapters such as @blaxel/langgraph return Blaxel-hosted tools and models in your framework's own format, so your agent uses them like any other tool or model. The OpenAI Agents SDK, Mastra, TanStack AI, VoltAgent and ComputeSDK include Blaxel sandbox support in their own packages.
Which languages are supported?
Blaxel has SDKs for Python, TypeScript and Go. Framework adapters are available in Python, TypeScript or both, depending on the framework.
How does a coding assistant connect to Blaxel?
Add the hosted MCP server at https://api.blaxel.ai/v0/mcp, then sign in with OAuth or send a Blaxel API key in the Authorization header. In Claude, add it as a custom connector. Custom connectors are available on individual Claude accounts and on Team and Enterprise plans, and organization policies can restrict which connectors you can add.
